Our appointment time will be reserved especially for you. Any change in your appointment will affect many patients. So we request you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if appointment changes are required.
This will allow us to accommodate patients who may be waiting for an appointment time. If you are a Forever Whitening patient, we request you to provide 48-hour notice for all changes to appointments.
We Can Help You With Your Insurance Claims
We accept almost all insurance carriers. Unlike other dental clinics that demand full payment at the time of service, we will only ask you for a partial payment. As a courtesy and benefit, we will file your insurance claim and inform you about any payments to be made from your side.
